8e88 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 8e88 platform and all services under it. "Platform" refers to 8e88's website, mobile application, and other digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

8e88 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. Members should check this page from time to time at their own responsibility.

1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all members residing in Bangladesh who use the 8e88 platform. Separate terms may exist for specific services or promotions, but those terms will work as a supplement to these general Terms, not as a replacement.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at 8e88, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age and must submit a valid ID to prove it.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them may be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Opening an account using another person's identity or providing false information is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, you must inform the 8e88 support team immediately. Sharing or transferring account details to others is prohibited.

All terms related to financial transactions on the 8e88 platform are described below. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This limit applies to all payment methods.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account or bank registered in the member's own name. Deposits through a third party are not accepted.
• Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes, though the verification process may cause delays in some cases.
• It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method used.
• 8e88 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal process until identity verification is complete.

8e88 provides bonuses and special offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before use.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A wagering requirement applies to the bonus — winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after betting the bonus amount 15 times.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. To withdraw from the bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets. And if a deposit of ৳40,200 earns a ৳20,000 bonus, you must place ৳20,000 × 15 = ৳3,00,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.2 VIP Cashback

8e88's VIP program has four tiers. Bronze members can receive up to 0.3% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.6%, Gold up to 0.9%, and Platinum up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss at the applicable rate. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other fraudulent activity to earn bonuses is detected, 8e88 has the right to close the accounts involved and hold the deposited funds.

To maintain a safe and fair environment on the 8e88 platform, members must follow the rules below:

• Hacking, sending viruses, or damaging the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Being underage yourself or helping a minor to play.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken if necessary.

All content on the 8e88 platform — logos, designs, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 8e88 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Information or comments that members submit on the platform may be used by 8e88 for the purpose of improving the platform. Detailed guidance on the use of personal information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7.1 Rights of 8e88

8e88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
• If false information is provided during the identity verification process.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If a court order or request from a law enforcement agency is received.

7.2 Member's Rights

Any member may choose to close their account. Withdrawable funds remaining in the balance can be withdrawn before account closure, however any bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

8e88 is not liable for losses caused by technical faults, server outages, or internet connection issues. The platform provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee any specific outcome.

If services must be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, political unrest, or regulatory direction), 8e88 will not be held liable for that.

8e88 believes that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a way to solve problems. We expect members to use the platform in a balanced and responsible manner by setting their own limits.

This platform is not available under any circumstances to anyone under the age of 21.

8e88 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure. Information is shared with third parties only for regulatory verification purposes and is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game or transaction, 8e88 has the right to cancel that specific round or transaction. Any winnings or bonuses credited in error due to a fault will be reclaimed where applicable.

If a service is discontinued, arrangements will be made to return withdrawable funds remaining in members' balances, though bonus balances and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will not be covered.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect without it. The version of these Terms in the Bengali language shall be considered the authoritative version.
